Holy Crepe

OUR STORY

​Holy Crêpe is an innovative new food truck/creperie that will be operating in County Galway. Holy Crepe has used the traditional French cooking method of using organic buckwheat flour to develop an array of freshly prepared, high quality, sweet and savoury crepes. The company was formed by two ambitious young men who share an essential background in culinary arts, marketing, business and both have a profound interest in food. Established in 2017, the idea behind Holy Crêpe was influenced by public holidays such as ‘Pancake Tuesday’ & ‘La Chandeleur’, a national religious holiday in France,  Holy Crepe has embraced the growing popularity of pop up stalls and the food truck style in Ireland and  are on nearly every market corner in Ireland. Holy Crepe is eager to serve a range of delightful sweet and savoury crepes.
